The lady at Precision who took my service call was very pl asant & helpful. In less than 30 minutes, my technician, Robby had called me & was on his way! He explained everything involved with the repair, and he had everything replaced & operational in under 3 hours!! Excellent customer service & great work!

Precision Garage Door Service has my endorsement. They’re professional from from start to finish. They provided me with a written estimate while they were here. I was able to schedule the installation of new garage doors and garage door openers with minimal lead time. The installers were courteous and left my garage clean and free of debris. Response time was quick. Customer service representative at Precision was courteous and polite. Had an appointment the next day. Product/installation representative Ryan Dale was knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in my decision making. He was very professional and courteous. Overall great experience. Precision met and exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased. Also happy to get scheduled so fast. Ryan was competent, professional and effectively replaced broken spring, cables, upgraded hardware plus he even screwed in 2x8 board behind the pull chain bracket. And fast, done in about an hour. Great work!!

Our 32 yr old Craftsman motor gears broke & were irreplaceable. With prior service & reasonable price, I called Precision again. Carlos was very nice, personable yet professional. When my phone wouldn't cooperate, he was able to figure it out so I could connect to the garage camera. The model I got is so quiet, and came with a lifetime warranty.
