Precision Garage Door Service has my endorsement. They’re professional from from start to finish. They provided me with a written estimate while they were here. I was able to schedule the installation of new garage doors and garage door openers with minimal lead time. The installers were courteous and left my garage clean and free of debris. Excellent service. It was quick and the service tech, Ryan Hudson, was very friendly and professional. The repair was pricey to me but worth it to know my garage door was operating smoothly and I could drive my car out! As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” BTW, I called for service at around 7:00pm and Ryan showed up at around 8:30am the next day!

Your training of the technicians is time well spent. A friend of mine had Josh and recommended him highly. Carlos Molina came to my assistance. He was prompt polite knowledgeable and thorough. I called because of a broken spring and Carlos noticed frayed cables and worn spools and bearings. No time at all he had my 18 foot garage door completely balanced and running more smoothly than it ever has.The parts he replaced were certainly needed I appreciate not being up sold expensive unnecessary parts.

Called 2 other local companies and had no return calls and never spoke to a person. Called Precision and spoke to an actual person and was immediately scheduled for monday ( a holiday). Chris Sheppard came out promptly on time and called to confirm early morning appointment. Chris was very professional and courteous. He replaced all worn and damaged parts. Precision warranted all parts and labor for 7 years. I highly recommend their services and the receive an A+ on promptness, professionalism and service.

Got same day service on a hung door caused by an unspooled cable. Jose let me know he was on his way, looked at the problem and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made some adjustments to alleviate the problem that caused the unspooling and had the door back in service in short order. All work was covered under warranty. Fast, professional and courteous.

I had an estimate done for a complete replacement of the garage door and door opener. Rob was the representative that did a thorough job of explaining the different doors and all the parts that would be replaced. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service!
