Recently my garage door broke and I began researching on line for companies who would repair it. I found Precision's website which was professional and informative. The associate who took my call was friendly efficient and thorough. The technician who came to my home (Roy) was friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem well and provided me with various options. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He explained the repaired equipment in a manner that was easily understood. WOW!!! What a wonderful experience. My "BBB" (Better Business Brawler) service man was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Living alone, I didn't feel threatened or talked into anything. He installed new rollers, cable wiring, and other things. I got so comfortable with him, I asked him to install me a new keyless pad outside. He stuck to the point, got the job, and out of here. Kudos "Roy A"????????????
