The associate who took my call was friendly efficient and thorough. The technician who came to my home (Roy) was friendly, and knowledgeable. WOW!!! What a wonderful experience. My "BBB" (Better Business Brawler) service man was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Living alone, I didn't feel threatened or talked into anything. He installed new rollers, cable wiring, and other things. I got so comfortable with him, I asked him to install me a new keyless pad outside. He stuck to the point, got the job, and out of here.
