The service rep was courteous and professional. He communicated before arrival. He described the issue I was having and the options for the future. The company sent someone on Monday. I called on Friday. When the service rep left the issue was resolved. I was impressed that garages is all this business does. My service rep had 22 years experience.

Josh gave an honest assessment of my garage door issues, and quoted me a price that was more than reasonable, all with no pressure. When the garage door opener broke, I called Precision first because of a co-worker’s experience with one of the big box stores. He purchased his garage door opener and service and then spent three weeks going between the store and the installer trying to get the thing installed. I called Precision on Thursday and had a new opener on Friday. Josh, the technician, took his time and did a fantastic job, even after my wife and I stood around trying to decide what model we wanted. He was even able to remove all of the grinding and squeaking that we had been ignoring. I highly recommend Precision.

I’m grateful for the exceptional service that you provide! Your promptness exceeded my expectations! My mother, who lives in the Warner Robbins area was having issues with her garage.. It was late in the evening when I was made of aware of the problem.. I went online found you and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning.. My mother called me and told that your technician was at the house.. I spoke with Carlos who was very professional and explained to me in detail what the problem was.. He also presented me with several options.. We discussed what needed to be done and Carlos completed the job soon after… I’m truly appreciative that we were able to fix the problem in a timely manner.. I knew we would have to replace the opener motor soon. And one day, the door couldn't open or close. The system died. I called it in at 9. The office lady said they'll have a guy out there between 12 and 4pm. Carlos arrived at 12. He was happy and friendly. He could do the whole rebuild right here and now. I agreed, and He did it. He unjammed my mess, replaced my springs, put everything back on it's track, and replaced my opener motor, and helped my lady get everything connected to the wifi and get the app up and going. The whole rebuild was done before 2pm. I experienced fast friendly service with medium prices. Then he made absolutely sure everything worked as advertised before he left. The entire ordeal was complete, done, fixed, and handled entirely, before he left.
