We were not pleased with the installation after a closer inspection. The door is almond color and there is a two inch black PLASTIC (not durable) under the base of the door that is very visible and stands out even if viewing from the street. I called the technician to come back out, and I was told the concrete was uneven which was caused the plastic to be exposed. However, the door that was replaced was flush to the concrete. If there is a slight unleveling, the door should be flush to the part of the concrete that is not unleveled. I asked the plastic be replaced with an almond colored rubber…still waiting for a response. My mistake for not calling more companies, but I did not think replacing a garage door would be this problematic. FB IG BBB

Going thru the website to make an appointment is incredibly fast. Joshua Caro repaired and replaced the broken springs and installed a new motor. He showed us step by step how to use the app and got our system going. Joshua is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, courteous, and professional. My garage door could not be opened electrically or manually due to a broken spring. I had used Precision Door before and received excellent service. This service call was no different. The door was promptly, expertly, and professionally repaired by Phillip. Due to the age of the door (over 20 years old) I opted to have the springs, cables, drums, and rollers replaced. Phillip had all the parts with him on his service truck. No return trips, waiting for parts on order, etc.

Credit where it is due to the Precision team. Everything from scheduling to job completion exceeded expectations. Scheduling via website was easy, and I got the time slot I needed. Service pro Phillip was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and the team went the extra mile to find my previous service record even though it was under my wife’s name and in their previous invoicing system. Joshua Caro did an outstanding job! I called Precision for a problem with my current opener. Joshua came out and did some troubleshooting and took the time to answer my many questions. He looked over my door and made some adjustments and did an excellent job installing the new opener. Great helpful employee and so willing to put up with all my questions!!!
