Roy was very professional. We did not feel we were being sold more than what was required to increase the longevity of our 25 year old doors. One new motor and all new rollers and we feel we are ready to go for another 25 years. I would definitely call Precision Door again to service the doors.

He explained our different options & gave us the opportunity to decide on which one best suited our needs. We decided on a new motor.
