Service man was very helpful and courteous. He also was very knowledgeable about the products. My only problem is that he came to give a quote and he did give a verbal one but never emailed me the quote as promised.

After listening to the recorded call from the call center, when you provided your contact information and email, the representative left off a letter in your email address. I chose PD from the reviews I had read on the internet. My first experience with PD was not good the begin with but a manager made up for the mishap completely. This was the third time PD came to review a garage door issue - all separate issues. I called a competitor and got a repair quote and wanted to compare pricing. Unfortunately PD was quite a bit higher than the competitors quote so I went with them.
