Going thru the website to make an appointment is incredibly fast. Joshua Caro repaired and replaced the broken springs and installed a new motor. My garage door could not be opened electrically or manually due to a broken spring. I had used Precision Door before and received excellent service. This service call was no different. The door was promptly, expertly, and professionally repaired by Phillip. Due to the age of the door (over 20 years old) I opted to have the springs, cables, drums, and rollers replaced. Phillip had all the parts with him on his service truck. No return trips, waiting for parts on order, etc.

Credit where it is due to the Precision team. Everything from scheduling to job completion exceeded expectations. Scheduling via website was easy, and I got the time slot I needed. Service pro Phillip was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and the team went the extra mile to find my previous service record even though it was under my wife’s name and in their previous invoicing system.
