I was devastated when my garage door would not stay down. I called precision because they were the ones who installed the motor in 2023. Luckily the part was still under warranty and all I had to pay was the service fee. The two guys that came out were very polite and professional. I recommend precision to all my friends.

Honestly, probably the best response time and service I've had in years on anything. I was given a window of time and the service Tech called and asked if he could come 30 min early. If not, he'd wait on me to get home. He was super polite and informative about was going on with my garage door challenges. The Tech was at my home maybe 30 minutes and all challenges were solved. No chance I ever use anyone else. Very impressed!!!

The technician we had today was very prompt and courteous. Unlike the first tech that came to replace the springs, this technician was honest and didn’t try to upsell. I understand we’re all trying to make a buck but the prior technician tried to sell me an entire door rather than simply replacing the springs. My door is working perfectly. Would recommend this company if you get an honest Technician.
