The technician was very courteous and punctual, and the quality of his work was phenomenal. He went to great length to properly explain the replacement system providing excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing this company's service and especially Technician Ryan Hudson. He was very courteous and professional arriving in record time to assess my problem. He installed a new motor and left me very happy and the garage door working like new again.

I needed my garage door repaired and chose Precision. I am glad I did and I'm very pleased with the service I received from Ryan Hudson. Ryan was very courteous and professional and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions and provided me with the choices available for my repair. I will definitely recommend Precision to those needing garage door services.

Carlos performed the spring replacements on my garage doors and did an excellent job. He actually showed up about 15 mins before the appointment time window and then performed the spring replacements in a very quick manner. The quality of his work was excellent and he was very personable on top of that. I would definitely ask for him again if I need more work done. Overall an A+ experience and we will always call Precision for our garage door work from now on.

My service tech (Chris )was very professional. He arrived on time. He did everything in a timely manner and made sure everything was working before he left. Great customer service whenever I called and told them one of our springs had broken and garage door was not working. Technician was scheduled to be at my house within 2-4 hrs. Tech arrived about in about 2 1/2 hours. Tech was very courteous, replaced the springs and cables and cleaned the area. Prompt and courteous service. Roy explained the products and best price options before starting work and managed to get a discount for the option I chose. He worked quickly and showed me all the repairs he carried out and why, even replacing parts that I didn't know needed fixing. I was very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish!

I called to set up an appointment and somebody was able to come out same day. Roy was my repair guy. He came out and gave me my different options. Very professional. Would definitely use Precision again for anymore garage repairs.
