He was knowledgable, professional, courteous, checked and explained everything in detail. The technician that performed my service was Mr. Chasen Pike. He's extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. I actually feel bad that the service was free of charge. He identified what my current issues were and advised me of future services my garage unit will inevitably need. He observed that a ground fault circuit interrupter device needed to be reset, checked my motor's electrical components for any potential faults, performed a small wire repair, ensured my garage door remote was functioning, and instructed me on how to reset the outdoor keypad code. I will most certainly be contacting Mr. Pike for any and all of the services I will need in the not too distant future. Thank you for your incredible service and professionalism!
