I have used Precision several years ago. My garage door opener spring broke. I called Precision and they were able to have a technician come out and replace the broken springs. I called at 830AM and they had a technician out at 12noon. Technician Andrew was very professional and explained what had to be done. He also inspected the doors to see if any of the wheels or other parts might be bad.

You might want to get your quote in writing before work starts. I was quoted $350 max to replace one garage door spring. Final price was $566.03 with NO warranty. There was nothing I could do about this because I was out of the country at the time of repair.

Phillip, the representative who came to do the research and to determine the problem and reasons for the non-working garage door, did a thorough job. As he was checking and finding the problems, he was busily showing the damages to me. He seemed detailed in what he was performing. Our garage door would not open. Trevor arrived earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us a repair option and a replacement option for the opener and explained them clearly. Trevor was polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up at the end. He even finished earlier than he estimated.
