Did my research on "Angi" (Angi's List) before I made my decision to use Precision Garage Door Service (PGDS) for my problem. Was a very wise choice. The service representative for PGDS, Carlos Molina, was very personable, polite and extremely knowledgeable about my entire garage system. He immediately saw why I was experiencing problems with my system: 1) The wrong spring was used to open the door 2) Since I have a double car garage, there should have been two springs and there was only one 3) The garage door motor was the wrong size for my door Now, my system was 14 years old and had been acting up for a few years; I was very lucky that the system did not break down! Carlos arrived around 9:00 AM and replaced my entire system (sans door) in about two hours and then helped me program my new remote and the wireless remote in my vehicle. When he was done, he cleaned up any mess made during the installation and my garage was actually cleaner than when he arrived! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing assistance!

Our garage door broke for the last time! I needed to know if I needed to repair or replace. I called to schedule an appointment. Chasen Pike came out explained the procedure of repair or replacement which is to do an inspection. I knew my 10 plus year old garage door was done! I have used overhead doors for many years and have been satisfied with your service. However for this repair I feel that I have been ripped off. Your repairman changed springs and bearings. I was charged 961.00, The most expensive spring I could find online was 59.00. I feel that I was severely overcharged. Qill never again do business with your company. Will also leave negative reviews on asst. websites.

The motor went out on my garage door yesterday. I called today and the Technician "Roy" was out here in about 2hrs. He even called when he was about 30mins out. Once at my house, he explained what the problem was and gave me a few choices. I had to get the motor replaced. I was even able to pay half now and the other half in 2 weeks. Great Service!
