Precision and service tech Josh Caro are the greatest. My garage door had a broken torsion spring and from the time I called in it was less than 24 hours, job was completed, and the door was working great. Josh is very professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and would take the time to answer your questions.

Prompt and courteous service. Roy explained the products and best price options before starting work and managed to get a discount for the option I chose. He worked quickly and showed me all the repairs he carried out and why, even replacing parts that I didn't know needed fixing. I was very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish!
