I recently retired in Charleston, SC and moved to Warner Robins, GA. A number of years ago I was having some improvements done to my home, replacing my garage door was one thing on my list. My building contractor recommended Precision Garage Doors to me. They replaced my garage door and did an excellent job. I had a very good experience with them, so when I damaged my garage door here in Warner Robins, I went straight to the phone and called Precision Garage Doors. They came to check my door the same day. Replacing my garage door was a better option than attempting to repair it. My technician, Roy Amerine, was very nice, very helpful, and very professional.

Roy came out to check my garage door within an hour after I called. After taking a good look and asking me questions, he gave me his advice on what was needed. He spent time talking to me about the options I had. The best choice was to replace the garage door which I had anticipated because the top was completely broken apart. WOW!!! What a wonderful experience. My "BBB" (Better Business Brawler) service man was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Living alone, I didn't feel threatened or talked into anything. He installed new rollers, cable wiring, and other things. I got so comfortable with him, I asked him to install me a new keyless pad outside. He stuck to the point, got the job, and out of here. Kudos "Roy A"????????????
