Called Wed. morning and they were out her Wed. afternoon. Our technician Jason was awesome he replace broke spring did a check up on the whole garage door lubed hinges and greases bearings. I paid them and forgot to ask about a military discount. I called Jason he said yes we do offer one they are refunding me via a check the difference . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .
