My garage door raised itself and stopped responding to the remotes and wall unit. I really liked Precision's website and gave them a call. From that first call, through the repair process, to receiving a copy of my invoice via email, they were professional and courteous. Roy called to let me know when he would be there so I didn't have to take extra time off work. He showed me the problem, patiently walked me through my options, and installed the new unit quickly. He explained everything and cleaned up every scrap of paper. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone.

I choose Precision due to your web advertisement. I also requested technician Roy to provide me with your services due to your customers’ reviews. Precision services are in no means cheap, costing much more than the unit I had, but Roy’s professional services and knowledge of the job and his patience in explaining its operational features was very helpful to a seventy-nine year old woman.

Roy was very helpful and knowledgeable with garage door openers. After reviewing our old broken unit, we were given a few options to consider. The original quote that was given over the phone was exactly what he would have delivered, but we decided to upgrade the new unit to include a 4 year manufacturer's warranty, 2 remotes, a keypad controller, and wifi capabilities to use your smart device to open, close, and monitor these actions by receiving an alert on your phone. He didn't take long to replace the broken unit, install a new chain and bar, and give us the proper training on how to use the unit. Roy really does love his job and he takes pride in delivering the best customer service you could ask for. I'd recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage opener needs.

Excellent service !!! I was notified when service man was going to be here and he called thirty minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time! He explained the issues with the garage door and how long it would take to repair it. The service man worked quickly and cleaned up his work area. this guy was a worker, hustled back and forth and was organized with tools charged, everything laid out and organized, cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind, had patience for my techno questions, did not make me feel stupid for asking questions (over and over), had some recommended ways to utilize all of the new unit functions. Promote this guy, he is a credit to your company---and I never write reviews, but felt this gentlemen deserved some pub for his hard work.
