Did my research on "Angi" (Angi's List) before I made my decision to use Precision Garage Door Service (PGDS) for my problem. Was a very wise choice. The service representative for PGDS, Carlos Molina, was very personable, polite and extremely knowledgeable about my entire garage system. He immediately saw why I was experiencing problems with my system: 1) The wrong spring was used to open the door 2) Since I have a double car garage, there should have been two springs and there was only one 3) The garage door motor was the wrong size for my door Now, my system was 14 years old and had been acting up for a few years; I was very lucky that the system did not break down! Carlos arrived around 9:00 AM and replaced my entire system (sans door) in about two hours and then helped me program my new remote and the wireless remote in my vehicle. When he was done, he cleaned up any mess made during the installation and my garage was actually cleaner than when he arrived! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing assistance!
