My garage door could not be opened electrically or manually due to a broken spring. I had used Precision Door before and received excellent service. This service call was no different. The door was promptly, expertly, and professionally repaired by Phillip. Due to the age of the door (over 20 years old) I opted to have the springs, cables, drums, and rollers replaced. Phillip had all the parts with him on his service truck. No return trips, waiting for parts on order, etc.

Phillip, the representative who came to do the research and to determine the problem and reasons for the non-working garage door, did a thorough job. As he was checking and finding the problems, he was busily showing the damages to me. He seemed detailed in what he was performing.
