I have used Percision in the past to replace a garage door. That experience left me very satisfied with the work quality and the courteous service. Within the last few months, my remote controls and keypad started giving me trouble about opening and closing my garage door. I tried troubleshooting trying everything from cleaning sensors, changing batteries, reprogramming each remote and nothing corrected the problem. I decided I needed professional help and without hesitation went back to Percision. The day I called, an appointment was scheduled. The repairman, Robbie, came that same day. After assessing the problem, we concluded a new updated opener was needed. He was prepared and ready to install the unit I needed. I am so thankful for their kindness and excellent service.

You might want to get your quote in writing before work starts. I was quoted $350 max to replace one garage door spring. Final price was $566.03 with NO warranty. There was nothing I could do about this because I was out of the country at the time of repair.

The technicians arrived on time and installed a new garage door opener and a new garage door. They were very adept at their work, but did not seem to be quite as professional as those that have previously serviced garage doors at other residences. The equipment was very expensive in my opinion, so I hope it lasts a very long time. Considering all things I am currently satisfied.
