Going thru the website to make an appointment is incredibly fast. Joshua Caro repaired and replaced the broken springs and installed a new motor. He showed us step by step how to use the app and got our system going. Joshua is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, courteous, and professional. My garage door could not be opened electrically or manually due to a broken spring. I had used Precision Door before and received excellent service. This service call was no different. The door was promptly, expertly, and professionally repaired by Phillip. Due to the age of the door (over 20 years old) I opted to have the springs, cables, drums, and rollers replaced. Phillip had all the parts with him on his service truck. No return trips, waiting for parts on order, etc.

Credit where it is due to the Precision team. Everything from scheduling to job completion exceeded expectations. Scheduling via website was easy, and I got the time slot I needed. Service pro Phillip was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and the team went the extra mile to find my previous service record even though it was under my wife’s name and in their previous invoicing system. Joshua Caro did an outstanding job! I called Precision for a problem with my current opener. Joshua came out and did some troubleshooting and took the time to answer my many questions. I had previously used Precision to service my garage door and replace some parts but I didn't get a chance to submit a review then. The service was very good and the cost was quite reasonable. Later a Storm damaged some wiring in the house including the controller for my garage door. The Technician was able to trace the fault and replaced the controller at no cost to me. Thank you very much.

From the initial estimate to the installation of my garage system the customer service received was outstanding. Hello, I'm Carlton Thomas of Byron Georgia. My home was built for us 2009 with Precision Garage added. They advertised that any problem no matter how small give them a call. My control panel stop working. I called that morning they came that evening fix in minutes. Professional knowledgeable and job well done in a timely manner on a rainy day.
