Hello Carlos was very helpful. Garage door was intermittently working. He explained the yellow blinking light was a failure code for the circuit card. Explained my option and left me prices for new systems. No charge and reprogrammed my opener.

Ryan Hudson was on-time, polite, and professional. Ryan communicated his arrival 1 hour ahead of time. Ryan used his tools to quickly solve the issue. Ryan explained several important points I needed to know (what probably happened, do not try to do myself, what to expect if this occurred again, etc.). Although no one wants an issue, I am grateful how easy the process was to set up support (thanks also to Molly) as well as the professionalism and kindness of all involved.

Precision has appointments readily available. Usually can have someone out within 24 hours of my call. Service is always prompt and reliable. Technicians explain everything thoroughly and honestly including options, and they work diligently once job is chosen. The technicians truly know their craft. I have chosen Precision for 2 other garage door and door opener problems that involved preexisting products (not Precision Door products), and I will continue to choose Precision again and again. The entire process was well orchestrated and the end result was perfect. We enclosed our carport and Mike took time to help us select the perfect garage door. We were given a date of completion and date of installation. Prior to installation date we received reminders and instructions on what to do to prepare for delivery. The workers were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. A great experience and recommend this company highly.

Amazing service!! The nice gentleman, Carlos, who came out here was not only professional but very knowledgeable as well!!
