Ryan Hudson did an OUTSTANDING job of repairing our garage door. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and completed the repair in a very short time. The repair visit was very enjoyable. My husband and I were very impressed with Ryan. My garage door would not come down it approximately moved 10 inches & stopped this was on Saturday remembering my info sticker on over head lights with Precision phone number called asap—set appointment for next day-0800-1200 Sunday-oh by the way ER ($150-) Receptionist was very nice ask me numerous questions about sensor location ??very helpful but couldn’t fix over phone but Ryan (technician from Precision (Ryan texted with follow-up made sure I had his cell phone number —Ryan was professional & knew his business & arrived on Sunday @0830–& went straight to work-explaining to me what happen!! I was a happy camper & I was back in business—Great job Ryan was a pleasure meeting you & sharing Coast Guard & Air Force stories Thanks—PaulCiaccia send me a text

Josh came out, I explained the issues I was having with my garage door and opener. He did some troubleshooting, pinpointed my problems, made recommendations. I gave him the ok to make necessary improvements to my 15 year old equipment. 3 hours later, my wife and I are 100% satisfied with the new and improved components to our garage door system. I feel I was robbed! The technician did not have to repair anything, just move a sensor in place and that cost me $95+ . I understand paying the service fee, but there was no repair needed and yet I was charged because he touched the sensor. On top of that, I was charged tax, when there is no tangible item to tax, no product. I am very disappointed. Again there was NO REPAIR NEEDED I! I am required to enter one on this review

We appreciate you calling Precision to service your garage door. We hate to see that you felt like you received once star service because of the agreed upon price. Your invoice was reviewed and our service manager did offer to refund you the F/S/E/D charge. That is not a sales tax, it is a fuel surcharge that most service companies charge their customers. It is to help cover some of the cost of doing business by fueling our fleet of vehicles. Again, we are sorry that you were disappointed but we wanted to make sure it was clear that you were charged a service fee for the service provided and you were not charged any kind of sales tax. We had an issue with a 2016 Liftmaster where the chain was loose and motor not working. Called another company to no avail. Then saw Precision online called and received same day service. The Service employee, Carlos was very courteous and professional. He completed his work in a thorough and clean manner. He went above and beyond in assisting us with remotely managing the device. Precision was referred to me by my daughter. They replaced my whole garage motor, bilateral springs and wires. The also replaced my closing strip at the bottom of my garage door. So you see I have had lots of service with them. They come promptly as scheduled, the service people are courteous and knowledgeable.
