When the garage door opener broke, I called Precision first because of a co-worker’s experience with one of the big box stores. He purchased his garage door opener and service and then spent three weeks going between the store and the installer trying to get the thing installed. I called Precision on Thursday and had a new opener on Friday. Josh, the technician, took his time and did a fantastic job, even after my wife and I stood around trying to decide what model we wanted. He was even able to remove all of the grinding and squeaking that we had been ignoring. I highly recommend Precision.
