Josh gave an honest assessment of my garage door issues, and quoted me a price that was more than reasonable, all with no pressure. Your training of the technicians is time well spent. A friend of mine had Josh and recommended him highly. Carlos Molina came to my assistance. He was prompt polite knowledgeable and thorough. I called because of a broken spring and Carlos noticed frayed cables and worn spools and bearings. No time at all he had my 18 foot garage door completely balanced and running more smoothly than it ever has.The parts he replaced were certainly needed I appreciate not being up sold expensive unnecessary parts.
