I chose Precision based on the web site. Upon reading all the reviews and going over the processes outlined in the site - I felt this was an excellent company and one I could trust. The reponss to my request for a service call was almost immediate- with several follow up calls.Not something I have come to expect in these challenging times. I set up an apppintment and was called by Chasen Pike within 39 minutes of having done so. He arrived on time - did an informative and complete inspection and fully outlined and explained our options - actually a combination of about 8 options We chose a complete rebuild - our current opener was 30 years old and showed it! He got the whole job completely done within 3 hours of starting and fully explained all operating procedures in Avery professional informative and friendly manner. I would like to highly compliment Chasen and would recommend Precision and Chasen’s service to anyone in need of garage door work.Highly professional with an excellent manner about him. Thank you Chasen and Precision.

Words can’t describe how terrific this company is! We were stuck, literally, on a Sunday afternoon with no way to get out of our garage. They came to our rescue and Chasen, the person who came to “rescue “ us was just wonderful! Not only was he super nice he was extremely competent. He was also obviously aware of the need for proper COVID safety protocol. We could not have been more pleased!

I called Precision Door this morning (6/16/2021) and they sent a repairman to my home the same day!!! A relief that I didn't have to wait and wonder if the repairman would show up. Carlos was my technician's name and he came to my home, assessed the problem, told me how much the work would cost and went right to work!!! He was so knowledge, kind & polite. The work wasn't too expensive and it came with a nice warranty.
