I called Precision at 12:00 and my garage door was fixed before 4:00. I was very impressed with the professional advice given to me by Chris Sheppard. I had all the moving parts replaced for a reasonable price. Great job Chris. I would recommend Precision for anyone needing garage door repairs.

Roy was an outstanding tech! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest! Called Wed. morning and they were out her Wed. afternoon. Our technician Jason was awesome he replace broke spring did a check up on the whole garage door lubed hinges and greases bearings. I paid them and forgot to ask about a military discount. I called Jason he said yes we do offer one they are refunding me via a check the difference . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . I highly recommend them for a garage door repair. Thank you Jason and Precision Door!!!!

Roy came out and repaired our door. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made recommendations based on his observations and completed the repairs very quickly. The door now operates very smoothly and quietly. We are very satisfied with the repair.

The motor head was replaced and the springs were tightened. The only issue I had is that the wire routed to the wall control opener from the motor head was not routed along the wall, but in a direct line across the ceiling. The installation was very good otherwise.

I had seen advertising for Precision and thought they would be the most professional business to call in event I ever needed work done on my garage door. Roy was ahead of time, explained everything he was doing and even did somethings to firm up my doors physical installation that should have been done when we had it installed by another installer. Precision is a little more expensive but the service and professionalism is worth the extra cost. If I need my garage door serviced again I will definitely call Precision.

Sorry to say we actually called another company first but after leaving a message they never responded. Precision responded immediately. The person that was sent out first was wonderful, even though our garage was not install ready. And it was actually 6 months before we got it ready! There was no problem even though that much time had passed. Once it was ready the installers that came were very professional, personable, and made sure to explain the workings of the door and how to maintain it. Thank you so much! Who knew a garage door could make life so much easier!
