I had seen advertising for Precision and thought they would be the most professional business to call in event I ever needed work done on my garage door. Well I did need their service and am very glad I gave them a call. The service was outstanding from all. The technician Roy is very courteous and did a great job. He was able to complete the repairs in minimal time. Will recommend this service to all.

Roy was ahead of time, explained everything he was doing and even did somethings to firm up my doors physical installation that should have been done when we had it installed by another installer. Precision is a little more expensive but the service and professionalism is worth the extra cost. If I need my garage door serviced again I will definitely call Precision.

Sorry to say we actually called another company first but after leaving a message they never responded. Precision responded immediately. The person that was sent out first was wonderful, even though our garage was not install ready. And it was actually 6 months before we got it ready! There was no problem even though that much time had passed. Once it was ready the installers that came were very professional, personable, and made sure to explain the workings of the door and how to maintain it. Thank you so much! Who knew a garage door could make life so much easier!

Chasen showed up and was very easy to work with from the start. I explained what my situation was and what I was hoping for an outcome. After a few minutes of looking at my garage door, he had a plan that would resolve majority of my issue. After all the work was completed it was even better than I expected! All in all, the service was spot on and Chasen was very polite and professional.

I chose PD from the reviews I had read on the internet. My first experience with PD was not good the begin with but a manager made up for the mishap completely. This was the third time PD came to review a garage door issue - all separate issues. I called a competitor and got a repair quote and wanted to compare pricing. Unfortunately PD was quite a bit higher than the competitors quote so I went with them.

Our garage door spring broke and we found Precision through Google. They sent a tech to our house the same day. Seen advertising on TV. Service professional was very knowledgeable and very friendly and respectable. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He replaced the Springs, Bearings, rollers and cables/spools. Service Personnel recommendation were taken. I feel confident that my garage door was in great shape when service person left.
