Had new garage door installed July 2019. New lower panel installed Dec 2019. Quietest door we have had! After new panel was installed in Dec(due to driver error), there was a squeal. Called & they came next morning. Tech (Joshua) was very knowledgeable & professional. He sprayed all locations, showed how to lubricate the joints & left me a can of spray. Under warranty so no charge. Highly recommend this company & kudos to Joshua!

I wish I could rate a 10. Upon arrival home last night, our garage door wouldn't open and close properly. I called Precision and they sent Roy out today. After careful evaluation of the garage door motor, he provided me with options and costs without the "Salesman" pressures. He even provided tips on garage door maintenance. We were most impressed with his honesty, professionalism and the Lifetime Warranties Precision offers. If you call this company, you will not be disappointed. We were blessed today with a Professional Install of new Lift Master Garage Door Opener and our prayers were answered. Thanks again Roy!! Saw your TV commercials and saw you have 24/7 service. I called and the young lady I talked to said tech will be there between 2 and 4 PM. Your Tech Roy arrived around 230-300PM. He explained my options and a special your company was offering. He was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in about 90 minutes . I would definitely recommend your company to friends.

Roy Amerine and his partner, Mark, did a terrific job replacing my two, 13- year old 1/3 hp, worm drive Liftmaster garage door openers with two, new 1/2 hp, chain drive openers, plus a new outdoor keypad. Fast, efficient, clean service. Gave me clear operating instructions. Answered all my questions. Provided suggestions for maintenance. Both doors are now whisper quiet. Highly recommend these two technicians and Precision Door. Give 'em a raise in salary/commissions, immediately.

Awesome service! Called on a Saturday and company was Johnny-on-the-spot to respond and place me on the same day calendar. When the technician, Chasen, arrived, he immediately went to work to solve my programming problems with remotes and keypad. Found out and told me the exact problem with the system and provided valuable info for future issues with the system. Worked late into the evening to make sure my door was successfully cured of its ills. Spot on.

For the end result, I rate the repair as a 5-star. A completely professional job, completed by a very competent service representative. The job was more than anticipated in the beginning but disclosures made during the initial job evaluation made it imperative that the complete rebuild would be required. The door operates much better and we are thankful that the repair job was accomplished by a Roy, a very competent service representative. The full repair package was purchased rather than just a single item as indicated on the tab below.

Chosen Pike was the technician that came to our home, he check our garage door and made recommendations and gave us different options. We decided which option we wanted and Chasen went to work on the repairs. He was very polite and professional and completed the repairs in a timely manner. We were completely happy with the job he did on our door and would highly recommend Chasen and Precision Door to anyone needing service or repairs on their garage door.
