Honestly, probably the best response time and service I've had in years on anything. I was given a window of time and the service Tech called and asked if he could come 30 min early. If not, he'd wait on me to get home. He was super polite and informative about was going on with my garage door challenges. The Tech was at my home maybe 30 minutes and all challenges were solved. No chance I ever use anyone else. Very impressed!!!

The technician we had today was very prompt and courteous. Unlike the first tech that came to replace the springs, this technician was honest and didn’t try to upsell. I understand we’re all trying to make a buck but the prior technician tried to sell me an entire door rather than simply replacing the springs. My door is working perfectly. Would recommend this company if you get an honest Technician.

We initially called the company that installed our door but they didn't show up at all. I called Precision after finding them on Google with a five star rating. They have earned that rating with their professionalism and great customer service. They phone staff were courteous and got us scheduled for the next available appointment which was within a day. Daniel our tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job of fixing our hung door. I would highly recommend using Precision for any garage door repairs and I would use them if I needed service again.
