Excellent work! Kyle, our service technician was polite and courteous. He called in advance as promised and arrived on time. He throughly explained the problem with the garage door. He also gave us other options due to the age of the garage door system. We elected to have the repair of the broken spring to the garage door done plus other maintenance work needed. We also decided to replace the garage door motor since the original motor was 22 years old. There was no sales pressure given just an honest opinion of what work should be done to the garage door to prevent future problems. We appreciated the efficient and professional work Kyle did. He left the work area very clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with the response time for my issue, which was “can not open garage door”. Turns out the door was hitting on a fixed part of the door frame and in fact could not complete the open sequence. Tech ground down the wood and all was better. Frankly, in retrospect I think the installers should have checked this clearance to ensure the door would open with precision every time.

Wonderful service from making appt this morning until when door was fixed! Spring was broke. Precision installed new door etc the whole works in 2019. Hopefully the higher springs with 5yr warranty will last a little longer:) Thanks again for great service!

The service rep was courteous and professional. He communicated before arrival. He described the issue I was having and the options for the future. The company sent someone on Monday. I called on Friday. When the service rep left the issue was resolved. I was impressed that garages is all this business does. My service rep had 22 years experience.

Listen. Josh Caro was amazing. He and his assistant were prompt and professional. Josh gave an honest assessment of my garage door issues, and quoted me a price that was more than reasonable, all with no pressure. Precision was referred to me by my daughter. They replaced my whole garage motor, bilateral springs and wires. The also replaced my closing strip at the bottom of my garage door. So you see I have had lots of service with them. They come promptly as scheduled, the service people are courteous and knowledgeable.

Your training of the technicians is time well spent. A friend of mine had Josh and recommended him highly. Carlos Molina came to my assistance. He was prompt polite knowledgeable and thorough. I called because of a broken spring and Carlos noticed frayed cables and worn spools and bearings. No time at all he had my 18 foot garage door completely balanced and running more smoothly than it ever has.The parts he replaced were certainly needed I appreciate not being up sold expensive unnecessary parts.

Carlos performed the spring replacements on my garage doors and did an excellent job. He actually showed up about 15 mins before the appointment time window and then performed the spring replacements in a very quick manner. The quality of his work was excellent and he was very personable on top of that. I would definitely ask for him again if I need more work done. Overall an A+ experience and we will always call Precision for our garage door work from now on.

I really liked their advertising platform and decided to give them a try. Designed our new door on line so we knew what we wanted going in. They sent out their estimator, Ryan Dale to go over the product, installation, and basically set my expectations for the entire project. I hold very high standards for customer service that I expect. Ryan exceeded all of my expectations. His customer service is exemplary and Precision Door is very lucky to have him. The install team was very professional and did a great job also.
