My garage door would not come down it approximately moved 10 inches & stopped this was on Saturday remembering my info sticker on over head lights with Precision phone number called asap—set appointment for next day-0800-1200 Sunday-oh by the way ER ($150-) Receptionist was very nice ask me numerous questions about sensor location ??very helpful but couldn’t fix over phone but Ryan (technician from Precision (Ryan texted with follow-up made sure I had his cell phone number —Ryan was professional & knew his business & arrived on Sunday @0830–& went straight to work-explaining to me what happen!! Mr Josh Caro the lead technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He also gave his recommendations which were helpful. He graciously waived the charges ….now that’s what I call customer service.
