I feel I was robbed! The technician did not have to repair anything, just move a sensor in place and that cost me $95+ . I understand paying the service fee, but there was no repair needed and yet I was charged because he touched the sensor. On top of that, I was charged tax, when there is no tangible item to tax, no product. I am very disappointed. Again there was NO REPAIR NEEDED I! I am required to enter one on this review

We appreciate you calling Precision to service your garage door. We hate to see that you felt like you received once star service because of the agreed upon price. Your invoice was reviewed and our service manager did offer to refund you the F/S/E/D charge. That is not a sales tax, it is a fuel surcharge that most service companies charge their customers. It is to help cover some of the cost of doing business by fueling our fleet of vehicles. Again, we are sorry that you were disappointed but we wanted to make sure it was clear that you were charged a service fee for the service provided and you were not charged any kind of sales tax. Called 2 other local companies and had no return calls and never spoke to a person. Called Precision and spoke to an actual person and was immediately scheduled for monday ( a holiday). Chris Sheppard came out promptly on time and called to confirm early morning appointment. Chris was very professional and courteous. He replaced all worn and damaged parts. Precision warranted all parts and labor for 7 years. I highly recommend their services and the receive an A+ on promptness, professionalism and service.

Great customer service whenever I called and told them one of our springs had broken and garage door was not working. Technician was scheduled to be at my house within 2-4 hrs. Tech arrived about in about 2 1/2 hours. Tech was very courteous, replaced the springs and cables and cleaned the area.
