My garage door had a broken torsion spring and from the time I called in it was less than 24 hours, job was completed, and the door was working great. I called Precision Door this morning (6/16/2021) and they sent a repairman to my home the same day!!! A relief that I didn't have to wait and wonder if the repairman would show up. Carlos was my technician's name and he came to my home, assessed the problem, told me how much the work would cost and went right to work!!! He was so knowledge, kind & polite. The work wasn't too expensive and it came with a nice warranty.

Got same day service on a hung door caused by an unspooled cable. Jose let me know he was on his way, looked at the problem and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made some adjustments to alleviate the problem that caused the unspooling and had the door back in service in short order. All work was covered under warranty. Fast, professional and courteous.
