Called 2 other local companies and had no return calls and never spoke to a person. Called Precision and spoke to an actual person and was immediately scheduled for monday ( a holiday). Chris Sheppard came out promptly on time and called to confirm early morning appointment. Chris was very professional and courteous. He replaced all worn and damaged parts. Precision warranted all parts and labor for 7 years. I highly recommend their services and the receive an A+ on promptness, professionalism and service.

I’m grateful for the exceptional service that you provide! Your promptness exceeded my expectations! My mother, who lives in the Warner Robbins area was having issues with her garage.. It was late in the evening when I was made of aware of the problem.. I went online found you and was able to set up an appointment for the next morning.. My mother called me and told that your technician was at the house.. I spoke with Carlos who was very professional and explained to me in detail what the problem was.. He also presented me with several options.. We discussed what needed to be done and Carlos completed the job soon after… I’m truly appreciative that we were able to fix the problem in a timely manner.. Great customer service whenever I called and told them one of our springs had broken and garage door was not working. Technician was scheduled to be at my house within 2-4 hrs. Tech arrived about in about 2 1/2 hours. Tech was very courteous, replaced the springs and cables and cleaned the area. We had an issue with a 2016 Liftmaster where the chain was loose and motor not working. Called another company to no avail. Then saw Precision online called and received same day service. Did my research on "Angi" (Angi's List) before I made my decision to use Precision Garage Door Service (PGDS) for my problem. Was a very wise choice. The service representative for PGDS, Carlos Molina, was very personable, polite and extremely knowledgeable about my entire garage system. He immediately saw why I was experiencing problems with my system: 1) The wrong spring was used to open the door 2) Since I have a double car garage, there should have been two springs and there was only one 3) The garage door motor was the wrong size for my door Now, my system was 14 years old and had been acting up for a few years; I was very lucky that the system did not break down! Carlos arrived around 9:00 AM and replaced my entire system (sans door) in about two hours and then helped me program my new remote and the wireless remote in my vehicle. When he was done, he cleaned up any mess made during the installation and my garage was actually cleaner than when he arrived! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing assistance!
