Roy was an outstanding tech! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest! Roy is very customer friendly and took time to make sure we understood how to use new remotes that are connected to our home’s WIFI. He was very thorough in diagnosing and helping us make a selection for our new garage door opener.

Called Wed. morning and they were out her Wed. afternoon. Our technician Jason was awesome he replace broke spring did a check up on the whole garage door lubed hinges and greases bearings. I paid them and forgot to ask about a military discount. I called Jason he said yes we do offer one they are refunding me via a check the difference . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . I highly recommend them for a garage door repair. Thank you Jason and Precision Door!!!!

Install super nice, but not happy how my wall unit was left not lined up with the other one and the paint is showing

Thank you for your business and sharing your feedback. We hate that you feel you did not receive five star service, as that is our goal on every call. We did speak to Josh about your service to verify why he wasn't able to line the wall unit back in the exact spot as the old one. He stated the hole was stripped so after he repaired the wires, he had to move the unit over a half of an inch so it would catch the stud and not be in drywall. He did mention that the two of you had this discussion before he left. We do apologize that it couldn't go back in the original spot and that your old paint is showing, but he did not want to leave it unsecure on the wall in a stripped hole. If you have further questions about this matter, please don't hesitate to call, we would be happy to speak with you. We do appreciate you being our customer and we're here anytime you need us.
