Chris was fast and professional, wanted to get a wire shortage repaired, and end up getting a brand new system installed. It's way more quite and smooth than our old one was which was 15yrs old!! Plus it comes with 10 yrs warranty and a cool phone app which you can use to open close garage with. Also came with 2 remotes and I got a 100 dollar discount not bad at all!!!

I chose Precision based on the web site. Upon reading all the reviews and going over the processes outlined in the site - I felt this was an excellent company and one I could trust. The reponss to my request for a service call was almost immediate- with several follow up calls.Not something I have come to expect in these challenging times. I set up an apppintment and was called by Chasen Pike within 39 minutes of having done so. He arrived on time - did an informative and complete inspection and fully outlined and explained our options - actually a combination of about 8 options We chose a complete rebuild - our current opener was 30 years old and showed it! He got the whole job completely done within 3 hours of starting and fully explained all operating procedures in Avery professional informative and friendly manner. I would like to highly compliment Chasen and would recommend Precision and Chasen’s service to anyone in need of garage door work.Highly professional with an excellent manner about him. Called Wed. morning and they were out her Wed. afternoon. Our technician Jason was awesome he replace broke spring did a check up on the whole garage door lubed hinges and greases bearings. I paid them and forgot to ask about a military discount. I called Jason he said yes we do offer one they are refunding me via a check the difference . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . I highly recommend them for a garage door repair. Thank you Jason and Precision Door!!!!

I highly recommend Precision Door Macon. I liked having picture of who to expect ahead of time, and being notified when they were on the way. Roy was great at explaining problems, fixing problems, and showing how to operate new system. We were also given more than one option to select from.
