I received fast and friendly service from these guys and the price seemed reasonable for them to come out on a Sunday afternoon. Jason did the work for us and he was a super friendly and respectful guy.. I would ask for him again!!!

Install super nice, but not happy how my wall unit was left not lined up with the other one and the paint is showing

Thank you for your business and sharing your feedback. We hate that you feel you did not receive five star service, as that is our goal on every call. We did speak to Josh about your service to verify why he wasn't able to line the wall unit back in the exact spot as the old one. He stated the hole was stripped so after he repaired the wires, he had to move the unit over a half of an inch so it would catch the stud and not be in drywall. He did mention that the two of you had this discussion before he left. We do apologize that it couldn't go back in the original spot and that your old paint is showing, but he did not want to leave it unsecure on the wall in a stripped hole. If you have further questions about this matter, please don't hesitate to call, we would be happy to speak with you. We do appreciate you being our customer and we're here anytime you need us.

Sorry it took so long for review, Chasen did an outstanding job. He answered all questions even ones that had nothing to do with garage doors. Would most definitely use Precision again. Repairs were done on September 24, 2020

As we all know, a company is only as good as its employees. Based on our experience with Technician, Chasen Pike, Precision Door company is a phenomenal company.
