Words can’t describe how terrific this company is! We were stuck, literally, on a Sunday afternoon with no way to get out of our garage. They came to our rescue and Chasen, the person who came to “rescue “ us was just wonderful! Not only was he super nice he was extremely competent. He was also obviously aware of the need for proper COVID safety protocol. We could not have been more pleased!

The motor head was replaced and the springs were tightened. The only issue I had is that the wire routed to the wall control opener from the motor head was not routed along the wall, but in a direct line across the ceiling. The installation was very good otherwise.

After 24 years our old garage door opener was not as reliable as it needed to be. We called Precision because we had seen the television advertisements. We could not have been more pleased with the service that we received. A new opener was installed in short order once the technicians arrived at our home. We were pleased that after the technicians explained our options, the type of opener we selected was on their truck and ready to be installed without having to schedule another appointment time. The opener as well as a new outdoor keypad were quickly installed and set up and the technicians even set up our WiFi Garage door access and programmed our automobile with the opener. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!!! We will be recommendIng Precision to our friends and family!

Amazing same day service! My previous unit had many, many issues despite being brand new with the house (we are talking a month of manual open due to vacation mode being stuck on, outdoor control not working, and recently something the net informed me is GHOST OPENINGS where the unit opens itself. No joke the thing opened at 4am on its own while we slept and stayed open until we noticed in the morning...). Roy was exceptionally professional and was able to install our new upgraded unit in a matter of hours. He was able to fix just about every problem with the door and previous installation — as it now closes flush, is Prius EV levels of quiet, and properly follows the track (before it “flopped shut” at the end). Was it the cheapest service? Absolutely not. Was it reasonable? Absolutely. Did we get great value for what we spent? Yes, and then some. Would not hesitate to hire again should a need arise, but they might have done too good of a job such that they won’t hear from us again until we are ready to replace the garage door itself. :)

Roy came out and repaired our door. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made recommendations based on his observations and completed the repairs very quickly. The door now operates very smoothly and quietly. We are very satisfied with the repair.
