Chasen was very helpful and had great patience as we decided on which door we wanted to chose. He never gave us the energy that he was trying to hurry us up with the decision. He answered all of our questions, I’m sure we asked a few multiples. Very pleased so far with his customer service and we look forward to our new door. They service rep Roy Cld prior to arriving and upon arrival assessed my issues! I felt 100% confident in his recommendations and did not feel as the prices were inflated because I lacked knowledge of the issues or because I am a female. After the estimate he left to get the needed parts and returned to complete the job. Excellent customer service was provided!! I was 100% satisfied with the out actually I was 200% satisfied!! The metal and the attached seal at the bottom of my door had to be replaced along with all new outside sealing and two other things that I can’t recall what it was called but it was necessary...thanks Precision Door I will definitely be recommending you to everyone for garage door repairs!

Sorry to say we actually called another company first but after leaving a message they never responded. Precision responded immediately. The person that was sent out first was wonderful, even though our garage was not install ready. And it was actually 6 months before we got it ready! There was no problem even though that much time had passed. Once it was ready the installers that came were very professional, personable, and made sure to explain the workings of the door and how to maintain it. Thank you so much! Who knew a garage door could make life so much easier!
