Amazing same day service! My previous unit had many, many issues despite being brand new with the house (we are talking a month of manual open due to vacation mode being stuck on, outdoor control not working, and recently something the net informed me is GHOST OPENINGS where the unit opens itself. No joke the thing opened at 4am on its own while we slept and stayed open until we noticed in the morning...). Roy was exceptionally professional and was able to install our new upgraded unit in a matter of hours. He was able to fix just about every problem with the door and previous installation — as it now closes flush, is Prius EV levels of quiet, and properly follows the track (before it “flopped shut” at the end). Was it the cheapest service? Absolutely not. Was it reasonable? Absolutely. Did we get great value for what we spent? Yes, and then some. Would not hesitate to hire again should a need arise, but they might have done too good of a job such that they won’t hear from us again until we are ready to replace the garage door itself. :)

Prompt and courteous service. Roy explained the products and best price options before starting work and managed to get a discount for the option I chose. I had seen advertising for Precision and thought they would be the most professional business to call in event I ever needed work done on my garage door. Well I did need their service and am very glad I gave them a call. The service was outstanding from all. The technician Roy is very courteous and did a great job. Roy was ahead of time, explained everything he was doing and even did somethings to firm up my doors physical installation that should have been done when we had it installed by another installer. Precision is a little more expensive but the service and professionalism is worth the extra cost. If I need my garage door serviced again I will definitely call Precision.

They service rep Roy Cld prior to arriving and upon arrival assessed my issues! I felt 100% confident in his recommendations and did not feel as the prices were inflated because I lacked knowledge of the issues or because I am a female. After the estimate he left to get the needed parts and returned to complete the job. Excellent customer service was provided!! I was 100% satisfied with the out actually I was 200% satisfied!! The metal and the attached seal at the bottom of my door had to be replaced along with all new outside sealing and two other things that I can’t recall what it was called but it was necessary...thanks Precision Door I will definitely be recommending you to everyone for garage door repairs!

Sorry to say we actually called another company first but after leaving a message they never responded. Precision responded immediately. The person that was sent out first was wonderful, even though our garage was not install ready. And it was actually 6 months before we got it ready! There was no problem even though that much time had passed. Once it was ready the installers that came were very professional, personable, and made sure to explain the workings of the door and how to maintain it. Thank you so much! Who knew a garage door could make life so much easier!
