I called to set up an appointment and somebody was able to come out same day. Roy was my repair guy. He came out and gave me my different options. Very professional. Would definitely use Precision again for anymore garage repairs.

These people are very professional, from start to finish. Chasen came to my home and explained the whole process to me and worked with me to get the door and options that I wanted. Then George and Charles came and installed everything. They took care of everything including the smallest details. The door itself is built of high quality and is super quiet. I chose PD from the reviews I had read on the internet. My first experience with PD was not good the begin with but a manager made up for the mishap completely. This was the third time PD came to review a garage door issue - all separate issues. I called a competitor and got a repair quote and wanted to compare pricing. Unfortunately PD was quite a bit higher than the competitors quote so I went with them.

Ryan was excellent from start to finish. He was able to get the door working and diagnosed with what will need to be fixed. Called on a Saturday, had someone at my home the next day. Sunday. Didn’t expect that. The service rep Roy was great. Installed everything, gave prices up front, and when I went to pay, price was off a tad. They corrected, and apologized. Would 100% use them again. Service rep was really nice!

He was extremely professional, courteous & knowledgeable. He worked continuously from the time he arrived until he left. I needed an update on garage door openers, so I gave Precision a call. Roy showed up the same day and diagnosed what was going on. He was back the following morning to install 2 new openers. He was professional and courteous. Definitely pleased with the service and the product.
