I chose PD from the reviews I had read on the internet. My first experience with PD was not good the begin with but a manager made up for the mishap completely. This was the third time PD came to review a garage door issue - all separate issues. I called a competitor and got a repair quote and wanted to compare pricing. Unfortunately PD was quite a bit higher than the competitors quote so I went with them.

We try our best to be as competitive with our pricing as possible, but of course you have every right to shop around for something that fits your budget. We will notate your account that we will not be able to service your garage doors in the future, as we have not been able to provide you with the service you want. Ryan was excellent from start to finish. He was able to get the door working and diagnosed with what will need to be fixed. I'll be sending the info to my landlord, and hopefully she'll get things taken care of, and use Precision Garage Door! Thank you Ryan for being so kind, professional and thorough!

Called on a Saturday, had someone at my home the next day. Sunday. Didn’t expect that. The service rep Roy was great. Installed everything, gave prices up front, and when I went to pay, price was off a tad. They corrected, and apologized. Would 100% use them again. Service rep was really nice!

I chose Precision Garage Door Opener because I read all of the reviews online & its 5 star rating. Josh was the technician who installed it for me. He was extremely professional, courteous & knowledgeable. He worked continuously from the time he arrived until he left. He was also bery thorough when he gave me instructions on the use of the equipment. I was extremely impressed. I highly recommend this company.

We needed A remote control for our car. Universal remote did not work and Overhead Door said they would not come out. Your service provider was unable to use our old motor and get a remote to work. We purchased a new garage opener and got the keypads and remote controls as well as the app to open the garage door. I give five stars to the service and the professionalism of the provider. I just wish it was less expensive!

Our garage door spring broke and we found Precision through Google. They sent a tech to our house the same day. Roy was not only very professional and explained everything very well, but also very nice, courteous, and personable.
