Our garage door broke for the last time! I needed to know if I needed to repair or replace. I called to schedule an appointment. Chasen Pike came out explained the procedure of repair or replacement which is to do an inspection. I knew my 10 plus year old garage door was done! Chasen explain my replacement options, I selected the new replacement and the rest is history... same day service was a pleasant experience. Thank you Chasen Pike from Precision Door Service.

Roy Amerine arrived about ten minutes earlier than anticipated, which was great for me. He throughly explained the issues he found and went over all options for repair. He showed the physical issues to me while explaining what was the cause and effect, and as a female customer this was important to me. He had a positive attitude, throughly answered all of my questions, and repaired the spring/bearing/cable assembly within an hour. This company cares about it’s customers and it’s employees, and it shows!

Had new garage door installed July 2019. New lower panel installed Dec 2019. Quietest door we have had! After new panel was installed in Dec(due to driver error), there was a squeal. Called & they came next morning. Tech (Joshua) was very knowledgeable & professional. He sprayed all locations, showed how to lubricate the joints & left me a can of spray. Under warranty so no charge. Highly recommend this company & kudos to Joshua!

Service man was very helpful and courteous. He also was very knowledgeable about the products. My only problem is that he came to give a quote and he did give a verbal one but never emailed me the quote as promised.
