this guy was a worker, hustled back and forth and was organized with tools charged, everything laid out and organized, cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind, had patience for my techno questions, did not make me feel stupid for asking questions (over and over), had some recommended ways to utilize all of the new unit functions. Promote this guy, he is a credit to your company---and I never write reviews, but felt this gentlemen deserved some pub for his hard work.

Prompt professional service! Roy explained everything and installed our new garage door opener on the spot. He Set up the WiFi and went over all the functions and features. Great customer service in a professional manner , doesn’t get better than that!

When I called, i was told they could replace the sprocket in the motor. The tech showed up and looked everything over. He found 3 issues with the motor with the sprocket being one of them. He suggested that I replace the unit. I told him I am unable to at this time and ask him to just replace the sprocket so the door will open and close. He said no, it wont work. Even though that is what broke. So here I am with a door opener that doesn't work and $60 ,in the hole. The tech was knowledgable. Just felt like it was all about the up charge. I also understand the fix would not have fixed all of the issues.

Saw your TV commercials and saw you have 24/7 service. I called and the young lady I talked to said tech will be there between 2 and 4 PM. Your Tech Roy arrived around 230-300PM. He explained my options and a special your company was offering. He was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in about 90 minutes . I would definitely recommend your company to friends.

After my door spring broke, I called on a Sunday night and Technician Roy Thomas was at my house Monday at 1 PM. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave me options for the best methods of repairing a 20 year old door. He worked quickly and upon completion showed me everything he did to my satisfaction.

Roy Amerine and his partner, Mark, did a terrific job replacing my two, 13- year old 1/3 hp, worm drive Liftmaster garage door openers with two, new 1/2 hp, chain drive openers, plus a new outdoor keypad. Fast, efficient, clean service. Gave me clear operating instructions. Answered all my questions. Provided suggestions for maintenance. Both doors are now whisper quiet. Highly recommend these two technicians and Precision Door. Give 'em a raise in salary/commissions, immediately.

When the belt broke on my garage door I called Precision after checking them out and their reviews . Roy was sent to my home to check it out and what the problem was . Needless to say , I needed a new opener , which I expected . Roy explained everything to me and that we could temporally fix mine which would have cost over half of what a new one would be without the warranty the new one would have . Only made sense to replace it . I would recommend Precision and ROY , who is a very good Christian man. I am so happy that I called Precision and Roy was sent to my home . Everything was perfect , form my phone call to completion of the job . Thank you Roy and Presition .
