Roy was very helpful and knowledgeable with garage door openers. After reviewing our old broken unit, we were given a few options to consider. The original quote that was given over the phone was exactly what he would have delivered, but we decided to upgrade the new unit to include a 4 year manufacturer's warranty, 2 remotes, a keypad controller, and wifi capabilities to use your smart device to open, close, and monitor these actions by receiving an alert on your phone. He didn't take long to replace the broken unit, install a new chain and bar, and give us the proper training on how to use the unit. Roy really does love his job and he takes pride in delivering the best customer service you could ask for. I'd recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage opener needs.

I recently retired in Charleston, SC and moved to Warner Robins, GA. A number of years ago I was having some improvements done to my home, replacing my garage door was one thing on my list. My building contractor recommended Precision Garage Doors to me. They replaced my garage door and did an excellent job. The motor went out on my garage door yesterday. I called today and the Technician "Roy" was out here in about 2hrs. He even called when he was about 30mins out.
