Roy was very professional. We did not feel we were being sold more than what was required to increase the longevity of our 25 year old doors. One new motor and all new rollers and we feel we are ready to go for another 25 years. I would definitely call Precision Door again to service the doors.

Roy came out to check my garage door within an hour after I called. After taking a good look and asking me questions, he gave me his advice on what was needed. He spent time talking to me about the options I had. The best choice was to replace the garage door which I had anticipated because the top was completely broken apart. I appreciate his friendly attitude. He came across as very professional and straightforward when revealing the costs involved. So "Thank You!" for that.

The service tech Roy was very helpful and explained the repair very well. He waited outside while we talked it over. When we decided on the repair he went right to work and had the door fixed in about an hour. Now our door works silky smooth. Now there is no worry if my door will open or not. Thank you

Recently my garage door broke and I began researching on line for companies who would repair it. I found Precision's website which was professional and informative. The associate who took my call was friendly efficient and thorough. The technician who came to my home (Roy) was friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem well and provided me with various options. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He explained the repaired equipment in a manner that was easily understood. The motor went out on my garage door yesterday. I called today and the Technician "Roy" was out here in about 2hrs. He even called when he was about 30mins out. Once at my house, he explained what the problem was and gave me a few choices. I had to get the motor replaced. I was even able to pay half now and the other half in 2 weeks. Great Service!

WOW!!! What a wonderful experience. My "BBB" (Better Business Brawler) service man was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Living alone, I didn't feel threatened or talked into anything. He installed new rollers, cable wiring, and other things. I got so comfortable with him, I asked him to install me a new keyless pad outside. He stuck to the point, got the job, and out of here. Kudos "Roy A"????????????

I was very happy to find someone that could come the same day that I called. The tech was very knowledgeable about garage door openers and knew exactly what was needed to fix mine.
