Roy is awesome. He was professionally patient and knowledgeable while walking me through our garage door system and overall repair process. Recommend new parts where necessary and preventative maintenance to save cost through the life of our system. Wish we would have called sooner!

I have used overhead doors for many years and have been satisfied with your service. However for this repair I feel that I have been ripped off. Your repairman changed springs and bearings. I was charged 961.00, The most expensive spring I could find online was 59.00. I feel that I was severely overcharged. Qill never again do business with your company. Will also leave negative reviews on asst. websites.

Roy was very helpful and knowledgeable with garage door openers. After reviewing our old broken unit, we were given a few options to consider. The original quote that was given over the phone was exactly what he would have delivered, but we decided to upgrade the new unit to include a 4 year manufacturer's warranty, 2 remotes, a keypad controller, and wifi capabilities to use your smart device to open, close, and monitor these actions by receiving an alert on your phone. He didn't take long to replace the broken unit, install a new chain and bar, and give us the proper training on how to use the unit. Roy really does love his job and he takes pride in delivering the best customer service you could ask for. I'd recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage opener needs.

5 Stars all the way! I called Precision on a Saturday about repairing my garage door and was immediately givien an appointment and the name of the person who’d be coming out. The Technician, Roy, called to let me know what time he’d be here. Roy was very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. I recently retired in Charleston, SC and moved to Warner Robins, GA. A number of years ago I was having some improvements done to my home, replacing my garage door was one thing on my list. My building contractor recommended Precision Garage Doors to me. They replaced my garage door and did an excellent job. I had a very good experience with them, so when I damaged my garage door here in Warner Robins, I went straight to the phone and called Precision Garage Doors. They came to check my door the same day. Replacing my garage door was a better option than attempting to repair it. My technician, Roy Amerine, was very nice, very helpful, and very professional.

Excellent service !!! I was notified when service man was going to be here and he called thirty minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time! He explained the issues with the garage door and how long it would take to repair it. The service man worked quickly and cleaned up his work area. This is an excellent company and I would highly recommend it.

Roy was very professional. We did not feel we were being sold more than what was required to increase the longevity of our 25 year old doors. One new motor and all new rollers and we feel we are ready to go for another 25 years. I would definitely call Precision Door again to service the doors.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision. We ended up having to replace our opener and Roy gave us a good price and was very professional. I really like the website and the fact that you can see who your service person will be. The person on the phone was very nice while scheduling my appt. Roy was here on time and really did a great job with the install. I did not feel pressured at all to buy or upgrade anything I did not need. I hope they will stay on the Trust Dale website for a long time!
