Having 24/7 access to a live person was incredibly pleasing. The technician was very prompt on the appointment time. The spring that needed to be replaced was on his service truck & the repair was completed very quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied & would recommend to anybody for new installations and/or repairs.

I called Precision Door Service at 10:23 am August 4, 2023. My garage door was going down partially and going back up. I was surprised to get an appointment today, however I was given an appointment time between 12 and 4 pm. I received a call from Robbie at 2:02 pm announcing his pending arrival in about 15 minutes. Upon arriving Robbie introduced himself and asked what problem I had. Robbie diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a timely manner. Robbie was very courteous and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.
