I called Precision Door Service at 10:23 am August 4, 2023. My garage door was going down partially and going back up. I was surprised to get an appointment today, however I was given an appointment time between 12 and 4 pm. I received a call from Robbie at 2:02 pm announcing his pending arrival in about 15 minutes. Upon arriving Robbie introduced himself and asked what problem I had. Robbie diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a timely manner. Robbie was very courteous and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.

Carlos and Phillip were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did major replacement work on both my garage door opening systems including openers, springs, rollers, cables and remotes in a very short amount of time. Everything looks and works great!

David showed up within an hour of me calling the office and had our replacement completed in maybe 30 minutes after arriving and giving me the diagnosis/options. Great experience with a solid company. Happy to refer them and use them again in the future.
