I called Precision Door Service at 10:23 am August 4, 2023. My garage door was going down partially and going back up. I was surprised to get an appointment today, however I was given an appointment time between 12 and 4 pm. I received a call from Robbie at 2:02 pm announcing his pending arrival in about 15 minutes. Upon arriving Robbie introduced himself and asked what problem I had. Robbie diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a timely manner. Robbie was very courteous and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.

The lady at Precision who took my service call was very pl asant & helpful. In less than 30 minutes, my technician, Robby had called me & was on his way! He explained everything involved with the repair, and he had everything replaced & operational in under 3 hours!! Excellent customer service & great work!

Very thankful for their same-day service. Background: The spring that is responsible for lifting our heavy garage door broke trapping both of our cars inside. We are very pleased with how quickly the repairman arrived. He had the parts that we needed on the truck and fixed the problem fairly quickly. Very professional and expert job. I did take off one star because of the unexpectedly high price of the repair.

Hello Carlos was very helpful. Garage door was intermittently working. He explained the yellow blinking light was a failure code for the circuit card. Explained my option and left me prices for new systems. No charge and reprogrammed my opener.

Precision Garage Door Service has my endorsement. They’re professional from from start to finish. They provided me with a written estimate while they were here. I was able to schedule the installation of new garage doors and garage door openers with minimal lead time. The installers were courteous and left my garage clean and free of debris. They’re very responsive on follow-up service. I would use them again!
