I had my garage door opener unit replaced due to a power surge. I called at 10am and was informed they could be here at 2pm today. The installer called at 1pm to let me know he was on the way and arrived at 1:45 pm. He was very courteous, explained everything and was funny as hell!!! Completed the job in under an hour and I am totally satisfied with the work done, the installer and Precision. I have used them before and will continue to and encourage anyone else that needs any type of garage door help to give them a call.

Our 32 yr old Craftsman motor gears broke & were irreplaceable. With prior service & reasonable price, I called Precision again. Carlos was very nice, personable yet professional. When my phone wouldn't cooperate, he was able to figure it out so I could connect to the garage camera. The model I got is so quiet, and came with a lifetime warranty.

Great Service! Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job with the repair. P.S…don’t use regular LED bulbs in your garage door motor, unless you’re looking for an early morning headache when your remote won’t work.

The entire process was well orchestrated and the end result was perfect. We enclosed our carport and Mike took time to help us select the perfect garage door. We were given a date of completion and date of installation. Prior to installation date we received reminders and instructions on what to do to prepare for delivery. The workers were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. A great experience and recommend this company highly.

I knew we would have to replace the opener motor soon. And one day, the door couldn't open or close. The system died. I called it in at 9. The office lady said they'll have a guy out there between 12 and 4pm. Carlos arrived at 12. He was happy and friendly. He could do the whole rebuild right here and now. I agreed, and He did it. He unjammed my mess, replaced my springs, put everything back on it's track, and replaced my opener motor, and helped my lady get everything connected to the wifi and get the app up and going. The whole rebuild was done before 2pm. I experienced fast friendly service with medium prices. Then he made absolutely sure everything worked as advertised before he left. The entire ordeal was complete, done, fixed, and handled entirely, before he left.

Excellent service. It was quick and the service tech, Ryan Hudson, was very friendly and professional. The repair was pricey to me but worth it to know my garage door was operating smoothly and I could drive my car out! As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” BTW, I called for service at around 7:00pm and Ryan showed up at around 8:30am the next day!

Precision has appointments readily available. Usually can have someone out within 24 hours of my call. Service is always prompt and reliable. Technicians explain everything thoroughly and honestly including options, and they work diligently once job is chosen. The technicians truly know their craft. I have chosen Precision for 2 other garage door and door opener problems that involved preexisting products (not Precision Door products), and I will continue to choose Precision again and again.
