I knew we would have to replace the opener motor soon. And one day, the door couldn't open or close. The system died. I called it in at 9. The office lady said they'll have a guy out there between 12 and 4pm. Carlos arrived at 12. He was happy and friendly. He could do the whole rebuild right here and now. I agreed, and He did it. He unjammed my mess, replaced my springs, put everything back on it's track, and replaced my opener motor, and helped my lady get everything connected to the wifi and get the app up and going. The whole rebuild was done before 2pm. I experienced fast friendly service with medium prices. Then he made absolutely sure everything worked as advertised before he left. The entire ordeal was complete, done, fixed, and handled entirely, before he left.

Excellent service. It was quick and the service tech, Ryan Hudson, was very friendly and professional. The repair was pricey to me but worth it to know my garage door was operating smoothly and I could drive my car out! As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” BTW, I called for service at around 7:00pm and Ryan showed up at around 8:30am the next day!

Great experience with the replacement of my nonworking garage door opener motors. The tech was on time, friendly and very efficient at replacing both my garage door openers. He was also very good at teaching me the garage door software that worked on my phone. He explained the different garage door opener options and prices in detail. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I am very pleased with the service. CARLOS was very informative and he exhumed confidence. A few repairs were done today along with reprogramming of two remotes. A new garage door has been ordered and I am looking forward to having it installed.
