After careful evaluation of the garage door motor, he provided me with options and costs without the "Salesman" pressures. He even provided tips on garage door maintenance. I knew our garage door needed new springs, but the damage was more significant than I initially estimated. The tech was great at describing the problem and was quick to install the new equipment. this guy was a worker, hustled back and forth and was organized with tools charged, everything laid out and organized, cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind, had patience for my techno questions, did not make me feel stupid for asking questions (over and over), had some recommended ways to utilize all of the new unit functions. Promote this guy, he is a credit to your company---and I never write reviews, but felt this gentlemen deserved some pub for his hard work.

When I called, i was told they could replace the sprocket in the motor. The tech showed up and looked everything over. He found 3 issues with the motor with the sprocket being one of them. He suggested that I replace the unit. I told him I am unable to at this time and ask him to just replace the sprocket so the door will open and close. He said no, it wont work. Even though that is what broke. So here I am with a door opener that doesn't work and $60 ,in the hole. The tech was knowledgable. Just felt like it was all about the up charge. I also understand the fix would not have fixed all of the issues.
