I choose Precision due to your web advertisement. I also requested technician Roy to provide me with your services due to your customers’ reviews. Precision services are in no means cheap, costing much more than the unit I had, but Roy’s professional services and knowledge of the job and his patience in explaining its operational features was very helpful to a seventy-nine year old woman.

Fantastic 5 star service. Our technician was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to restore the garage door. We have a member of our family battling cancer and he prayed with us which really made us thankful for such a wonderful gesture.

Awesome service! Called on a Saturday and company was Johnny-on-the-spot to respond and place me on the same day calendar. When the technician, Chasen, arrived, he immediately went to work to solve my programming problems with remotes and keypad. Found out and told me the exact problem with the system and provided valuable info for future issues with the system. Worked late into the evening to make sure my door was successfully cured of its ills. Spot on.

Very professional service from the initial telephone call made describing my problems, to the updates and contact by the installer to confirm he was heading our way. What I initially had hoped to be just a perished belt issue, and due to our unit being over 15 years old it ended up being a little more. Roy explained everything clearly showing us the problems with our old unit and the parts involved, it became clear we were better off investing in a new much updated opener system. Roy got to work and had everything installed in no time, taking all trash and old system away. He spent time explaining operation and areas to keep lubricated, answering any questions we had. Yes it was definitely more costly than initially expected, but putting money into the old unit made no sense. Highly recommend this company and Roy was an outstanding installer and a pleasure to deal with.

For the end result, I rate the repair as a 5-star. A completely professional job, completed by a very competent service representative. The job was more than anticipated in the beginning but disclosures made during the initial job evaluation made it imperative that the complete rebuild would be required. The door operates much better and we are thankful that the repair job was accomplished by a Roy, a very competent service representative. The full repair package was purchased rather than just a single item as indicated on the tab below.

Our initial appointment was to repair an existing garage door opener about 8 years old. Roy called before arriving and was ahead of schedule. He was friendly and professional as he explained the problems and potential causes of failure of our current opener. Roy provided alternative solutions and based on the cost to repair a fairly old system, we choose a new Liftmaster 8550W with a lifetime warranty (motor & belt), battery backup, and other features we previously did not have. Installation was fast, operates with ease and is much faster and quieter. Informative website with pictures/descriptions of employees played a huge part in my decision to call. We needed to remove an older 5 panel garage door from one building at our farm to install at another building at our farm. I called to get an estimated for this work. I was surprised to receive an appointment for the same day for what was supposed to be only to give an estimate for the work. Roy was assigned to our work order. Roy called to let us know that he would be arriving as was scheduled by the answering service. Then he called when he was about 30 minutes away from our home as he said he would. He arrived promptly; was professionally dressed for the work that he would be doing; Roy took the time to properly and politely introduce himself and survey the situation for the work we needed to have done. After his assessment of the situation, he gave us multiple options for the project, helped us decide on the most efficient, economical and practical solution. We came out with the same garage door (as there was nothing wrong with the door), but we had all new and safe hardware installed that also included a very reasonable price and a great warranty. What we thought would have been just a site visit to provide a quote quickly turned into a completed job and we could not be happier with the results. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door work that needs to be done from installation to repair. We were very pleased to have someone be where they said they would be, when they said they would be there, and then do what they said they would do, and do it right and in a timely manner. My garage door raised itself and stopped responding to the remotes and wall unit. I really liked Precision's website and gave them a call. From that first call, through the repair process, to receiving a copy of my invoice via email, they were professional and courteous. Roy called to let me know when he would be there so I didn't have to take extra time off work. He showed me the problem, patiently walked me through my options, and installed the new unit quickly. He explained everything and cleaned up every scrap of paper. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone.
