We needed to remove an older 5 panel garage door from one building at our farm to install at another building at our farm. I called to get an estimated for this work. I was surprised to receive an appointment for the same day for what was supposed to be only to give an estimate for the work. Roy was assigned to our work order. Roy called to let us know that he would be arriving as was scheduled by the answering service. Then he called when he was about 30 minutes away from our home as he said he would. He arrived promptly; was professionally dressed for the work that he would be doing; Roy took the time to properly and politely introduce himself and survey the situation for the work we needed to have done. After his assessment of the situation, he gave us multiple options for the project, helped us decide on the most efficient, economical and practical solution. We came out with the same garage door (as there was nothing wrong with the door), but we had all new and safe hardware installed that also included a very reasonable price and a great warranty. What we thought would have been just a site visit to provide a quote quickly turned into a completed job and we could not be happier with the results. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door work that needs to be done from installation to repair. We were very pleased to have someone be where they said they would be, when they said they would be there, and then do what they said they would do, and do it right and in a timely manner. This means a lot to us as customers. Thank you Precision Door Service.

I am upgrading my old and worn out garage doors and openers. I was very pleased with Roy, the technician, he was very cordial and professional. Watching him install my new opener and drive it was apparent that he was knowledgeable about what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently while insuring that everything was right. I was very happy with the service I received from Precision. We ended up having to replace our opener and Roy gave us a good price and was very professional. I really like the website and the fact that you can see who your service person will be. The person on the phone was very nice while scheduling my appt. Roy was here on time and really did a great job with the install. I did not feel pressured at all to buy or upgrade anything I did not need. I hope they will stay on the Trust Dale website for a long time!

Complete rebuild of my garage door. Excellent service and the door works better than new. The tech, Chase, was easy to work with, explained in detail what was wrong and how to fix the problem. Very efficient and knew what he was doing. Couldn't be any more pleased!!

I have used overhead doors for many years and have been satisfied with your service. However for this repair I feel that I have been ripped off. Your repairman changed springs and bearings. I was charged 961.00, The most expensive spring I could find online was 59.00. I feel that I was severely overcharged. Qill never again do business with your company. Will also leave negative reviews on asst. websites.

Roy was very helpful and knowledgeable with garage door openers. After reviewing our old broken unit, we were given a few options to consider. The original quote that was given over the phone was exactly what he would have delivered, but we decided to upgrade the new unit to include a 4 year manufacturer's warranty, 2 remotes, a keypad controller, and wifi capabilities to use your smart device to open, close, and monitor these actions by receiving an alert on your phone. He didn't take long to replace the broken unit, install a new chain and bar, and give us the proper training on how to use the unit. Roy really does love his job and he takes pride in delivering the best customer service you could ask for. I'd recommend Precision Garage Doors for all of your garage opener needs.

I recently retired in Charleston, SC and moved to Warner Robins, GA. A number of years ago I was having some improvements done to my home, replacing my garage door was one thing on my list. My building contractor recommended Precision Garage Doors to me. They replaced my garage door and did an excellent job. I had a very good experience with them, so when I damaged my garage door here in Warner Robins, I went straight to the phone and called Precision Garage Doors. They came to check my door the same day. Replacing my garage door was a better option than attempting to repair it. My technician, Roy Amerine, was very nice, very helpful, and very professional.

Excellent service !!! I was notified when service man was going to be here and he called thirty minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time! He explained the issues with the garage door and how long it would take to repair it. The service man worked quickly and cleaned up his work area. This is an excellent company and I would highly recommend it.
